Tod: There is no reason to beat this dead cat anymore. I stated my opinion, I just have a hard time swallowing the fact that the Co. increased the number of outstanding shares and, IMO possibly the float right after they release news of a stock buy back. It would have been a whole other story if they said: That hence we are purchasing Mirad and we feel our customer base and profitability has been greatly enhaced, we feel a dillution of the stock can be warranted, fine, I can live with that. But They did not do that. Last week CC, Ira states 45M -47M shares out, new releases, 51M out! Where will it stop? My DD showed that I was buying a growing company. Now it's growing the wrong way. The FAMHly cruiser might not hold the weight of all the share holders! JMHO Laz
