Very good point. If this had been ASND's own press, I'd have more confidence in the story. And had it been Globespan's I would dismiss it completely. Judging from their press after the T1/E1 committee shelved their co-standard request, I've stopped believing anything they claim. Wonder how much they spend on legal fees.
