Dennis I fully commiserate with your situation. It's the classic case of the people in charge having too much vision in too many areas and not enough focus. Classic start-up story when it is led by inexperienced CEOs.

But Innovacom just replaced Koz with Burke as CEO. On the face of it, this seems like a smart move to introduce more rigor into allocation of resources and start cutting the expenses (if Burke plans on doing that).

Did you see any change with Burke or did the changeover happen after you were out of the picture?
