Red Herring on Orbcomm IPO,must read.

Dwight and all:

According to Red Herring Orbcomm IPO is an excellent idea as this will allow Orbital to expand production facilities for its much sought after product & services without dipping into Orbital's cash reserves.Mind you Orbital is the majority shareholder of Orbcomm with 50% stake in the venture balance shared by Teleglobe and the Malaysian company.

Anyway if Red Herring is right Orbital will have great success with IPO,the stock will trade under the symbol ORBC.So any of you have account with J P Morgan or Bear Sterns,the underwriters, you might be able to get a few shares before the IPO comes to market.
