With regard to your questions, you are absolutely correct, and who the heck are they to think they can do these things to us or we can't do them right back to them ,or on them, or upside their heads?

ON TOPIC (IYWPTE) A 13 D has just been filed by the Farallon group of companies showing that they now own less than 5% of LGND, based on LGND's March 27,98 filing that approximately 38,600,000 shares are outstanding. When Farralon added the 1,935,700 warrants they own to the 38 mil shares, the number of 40 odd million outstanding was sufficient to bring Farralon down to 4.8% ownership of the company. They swore they had made no transactions in the stock or warrants in the last 60 days. So, blame the decline on someone else than them.
