All correct Lawrence. Not to mention the downward protection as well. I bought my initial batch of IFLYW high at 2 19/32 when IFLY was around 8 1/2. IFLY has since then drop 2 points while IFLYW has gone down only 1 point. I know that percentage-wise IFLYW has had a bigger drop. Nevertheless the amount of money lost is far less for my 4,000 shares than I would had lost with 4,000 shares of IFLY.

Conclussion: Time premium is not a big factor for a security such as IFLYW that has limited downward risk and great upward potential. If you want IFLY at a low risk, nothing beats IFLYW!!!
