Mike, I dont think interest rates are going up (I think they meet like May 9th) they dont want to rock the boat(I hope Im right). I took the opportunity late in the day and bought some DHI June 25 calls at 5/8, and then the arbs went to work 663,000 at the bid in the 3 o'clock hour. Also sold my SPNC today for 9% profit, Ill take it. Joe
