I am not quite sure how to answer your question. Cisco supports Frame on all serial interfaces on all its routers. Frame also requires a
switch somewhere in between the two endpoints (which our routers also
can do - but not usually used for).

The growth of the frame market depends on end users needs and on those
who market the service (telcos and such). Cisco will fully support frame
and will try to add value through traffic shaping and other features.
My point is that Cisco's growth in the Frame market can't be quantified
because we sell it as just one more thing that our routers can support (on a generic serial interface).
