VVUS is not going out of business! But, it must raise to the challenge and grab the biggest piece of the ED pie it deserves! That will work itself out over the next two quarters. There should be second wave of buying upon FDA approval of the manufacturing part of the new plant. That would be a heck of a turbo charge if it happened real soon like tomorrow! Can you imagine? The law suit is a long shot and will not dent VVUS if they can not prove any wrong doing. If they do, well? That will kill the VVUS credibility and they would most likely have to chop Wilson's CEO head to save the company!
