Hello All,
To all intrested, a flyer I received from Medallion Corp in reference to Adot dated 12/6/97 states:

" Advanced Optics Electronics, an electro-optic technology company in Albuquerque, NM, is the SUCCESSOR to PLZ Tech, started in 1993."

So according to the dictionary definition of Successor it is my understanding that Advanced Optics took over PLZ Tech and changed its name to ADVANCED OPTICS ELECTRONICS.
