Got a brief response from Mr. Onder (better than nothing). Here it is.

I asked questions regarding the financing that is being done and what the public float was.

"1. Private financing is still in progress. We have raised some funds by sale of common stock and are still working on further programs.
2. At the moment the public float is about 1 million shares"
