That's right, they are giving the company away for a song. Non-binding means if they don't like the price they're gone.

As for the 60 cent stock price, that is usually determined by the average close over a number of days. Up until today and yesterday, They really couldn't justify a 60 cent price. But crying the sky is falling with PR is helping meet their 60 cent price.

I only hold 200 shrs of this what ever you want to call it, so it really doesn't matter what they do at this point as far as I'm concerned.
