Paul,

IMRS just released earnings (March 98 to March 97).

Revenue increases 119% to 31.5 million
Net Income rises 279% to 5.4 million
Earnings pershare up 275% to $0.15 (fully diluted)
Gross Profit Margin advances to 46% of revenue

The spread at times during trading today, you could drive a boat through. Maybe MM's needed shares? Also, I think the PSFT numbers influnced the Y2k stocks when they shouldnot have. I believe we are beginning to reach the point where replacement is no longer a viable option for many companies and this will show in PSFT numbers. IMHO.

Best Wishes,
Patricia
