The scans in version 4.0 are very similar to Easyscan but yes you do lose some
flexibility. The criteria are precalculated and you select what range of data you want
included. The great thing is if you can get the results you want with the version 4.0
scans, they only take about 3 seconds to run!

Not sure how long it will take you to export 2500 stocks. The export utility allows you
to select the number of days of data you want to export so if you only need a year or so
for scans it may be pretty quick.

If I were you I'd call them and order it. It's a slick program. Oh, and don't worry about
it messing up any version 3 files (I had some problems with TCPRO), it's standalone.

I have ordered the program. I just would have thought that the answer to questions about its use by other programs would have been addressed a long time ago. I call their technical support group and you would think that they had never heard of any program other than TeleChart and that just does not make sense.

Tomorrow I will call the people at GET and TechniFilter and see what they have to say about the data question. This seems like a great way to start losing a customer base, if in fact they even care.

I guess that I could stick with the present program, but who knows how long they will even support it now that a new version is out.
