Thanks for answering my question. The part I misunderstood was that NFSC could just buy their clients shares without posting the trade taking place. Now, I am wondering if my earlier scenario has not played out. I can't help but notice now NFSC is sitting on the Bid and Ask! Isn't this very unusual?

As for calling your broker to get your certs. I have done this before and found that you have to be VERY persistent! They tend to be slow to get the paper out to you. Sometimes, they even forget! Nothing that a phone call a day can't solve until the paper is in my hand.
