OT*****I think you are right about LU.

Tremendous value could be unleashed there by some slashing and burning, but its not the culture, and they are so successful without it that it is probably just awfully tough to do.

In part I think the market expects a gradual rationalization of their costs, and hense improvements in their margins. If it doesn't happen, may go south.

Of course I'm not suggesting cutting at Bell Labs. That's a crown jewel.
