IMRS a body shop? EAT YOUR SHORTS.

Remember when BMC Software's Director for R/D joined IMRS last year. Sanan, with all his farsightedness, had plans for IMRS to be an R/D company where lucrative licensing deals are much more stable than billing hours.
And it clearly shows in the following statement:

Mr. Sanan added, ''In the middle of this expansion, we continue the aggressive implementation of our 'customer ownership' program and the transition of our business toward selected vertical markets. In addition, we are implementing and leveraging our research and development investment to build legacy platform transformation tools and technologies.''

this is what i was looking for to hold IMRS for quite a while.
