Bill, it was a little tricky but looking back on the Sept. 1997
quarterly report I think I figured it out.
You get "income from operations" ($397,509)
after you deduct: cost of sales- which will give the gross profit.
Then from gross profit deduct: selling, general and administrative
expenses, non-cash imputed compensation expense and amortization of goodwill, FROM revenue of ($1,687,365)
Clear as mud now, right? It makes sense to me after looking at all the deductions from revenue (or as listed on this quarterly report, SALES) before you get "income from operations".
Then of course you have more deductions from "income from operations" such as interest expense before you get the "net income"

Wheeew, I'm tired now ( I'll work on that 22 mil. projection tomorrow) >ggg<
Yes------------------------------> very good news today

Later, JOHN
