Sergio & All,
With the tiny float I have a hard time understanding how there can be much institutional buying. Interest, yes, but not buying. What these fellows need is a strongly underwritten secondary offering. Now that they have turned the corner into a profit in their traditionally worst quarter, along with the excellent full-year results for last year, they would seem to be in a position to float some more shares.
Surely their CEO has some contacts.....
