I only had 100 shares of ALMI. It wasn't like it was my retirement money or anything. :) There are a lot of people who lost a hell of a lot of money on all these internet related stocks. Almost all small investors/traders. When I first started trading stocks I initially had a couple of spectacular successes followed by equally spectacular losses. My biggest loss was the runnup on ACLY in Dec 96. Made $1700 the first day and closed out my position then was foolish enough to get back in at what I though was a "pause" or temporary "rest". This pause is still near the stock's all time high. TOTL looks a bit safer. Tom
