I'd never heard of SI before this morning... so I can't answer your question directly.
Anything I say about Russ is going to sound silly. I am a huge fan of his.... a real believer. He is super smart and super driven. What can I say?
On the business side, Russ is superb at building value. He's made excellent decisions on where to invest and where to pass. Over time, I'd expect GNET to become more and more of a network... a site that users will find less and less reason to leave.
