Steve-- Just wondering...any idea on why Caye Chapel's stock has been getting slaughtered? When we first heard of CAYC, their stock was around 3 3/4, now it's just over 1/2. That seems to be terrible treatment for a company with all it has going for it like CAYC. Do you know if 1)CAYC is doing Reg. D or Reg. S? 2)CAYC management is selling its own stock like crazy for cash? or 3)If CAYC is paying everybody with stock since they really don't have any cash? I doubt you can answer any of the above, but as an OLEX investor with a bit riding on CAYC, I have been stirred to ask them. Cheers! Rick
