Thursday April 23, 5:00 pm Eastern Time Company Press Release Prentice Capital Announces Cancellation of an Additional Six Million Shares of Common Stock BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 23, 1998--Prentice Capital, Inc. (OTC BB:PCAP - news) announced today that upon completion of its Imaging Management Associates acquisition, the company will cancel 6 million shares of common stock. This is in addition to the 3 million shares of common stock previously reported as cancelled. These two cancellations of stock will reduce the total number of outstanding shares from 12.1 million to approximately 3.1 million common shares.
