You obviously have never been to South Africa or anywhere else in Africa. I can assure you that RSA is unlike other countries like Sudan or Somalia. The RSA legal system has integrity beyond question and I would advise stakeholders not to be spooked by this kind of innuendo. I believe the steps being taken in the mining industry will open it up for new investment. The economy needs this kind of foreign investment to create wealth for the citizens, black white, coloured or otherwise in the new South Africa.
