I wonder how many have lockups and how the technicals work. <<<< Bryan, hopefully any mention of a "lock up" will include the name Charles Huttoe. 1 to 3 years is a little stiff for securities violations....usually a weak slap on the wrist and a scathing admonishment such as "You naughty boy, if you do that again we will confiscate your Cuban cigars" is more the norm.
