I spoke today with MR KELLY senior, President at Medallion, the former PR company handling ADOT. I informed him about Richard Baron experience then i asked:

1-Did you see any panels during your visit in February?

2-Yes I saw small panels, they told me the big ones had left a week earlier for delivery. I also saw the schedule on the wall.

3-But we hear now that they are still in production.

4-I cannot comment on that. When I called ADOT in March I was informed that ADOT received money in March from the delivery of the panels, as we have not been compensated yet for our services.

5-Are you holding ADOT shares?

6-Medallion have a small equity position in ADOT, but we also have numerous investors whom we advised to get information from the company directly.

I thanked him for his time and hanged up.

SCENARIO:

The only 3 scenarios I can think of that warrants the above informations are:

1- They hid everything, so that Mr Kelly would not see anything.

2- The panels were delivered in February and the customer changed the specifications as reported here on the thread.

3- They delivered the panels and they were buggy and are reworking them.

The scenario of number 2 is almost verifiable, as we should see some revenue in the quarter just ended in March.

As everyone is noticing ADOT is holding its price very well. I am sure the weak shareholders might me getting out this week. I personally have decided to hold until the end of September at least. This will give ADOT 3 months past their own deadline. Everyone should figure out their own level of risk.
