Common people.
I wish to remind you that "1 Million oz. and up" has other rules too.
One of them is the price under a $1.00.
Another was 50M shares.
Why?one could ask. Long time ago when POG was high up there, someone was counting oz by their value as in geological form in the ground and gave the figure of $50.00. Gold went down and maybe this not applicable but I think those good POG times will come back and soon and do believe that $50 is valid even today. So calculation was simple 1M oz * $50.00=$50M/50M shares=$1.00
Anything under $1.00 with those parameters is undervalued, putting it very simply. The cash parameter is also important, who cares what you think you have if you can't prove it or continue to prove it.
Just simple set of rules. As you will see in next post it does work very well and in some cases works also very well because:
1. More money
2. More oz.
Unfortunately more shares, but ratios can be adjusted, right?
SMF-I remember this company's public offering of $10.00 per share. They have 600,000 oz, but they have a lot of money. Price is unfortunately too much to handle. Check my next post as I offer some options.
Regards
Robert
