Timoteo, you may remember me from the old, old days when we rode VVUS down the first time. Anyway, I have continued following the stock and company closely and am currently long on VVUS and have been for sometime. Before you short it again, I would spend a little time checking things again. I'll think you'll find a company with a viable, working product in a rapidly expanding market, currently trading at a very cheap price with a huge short interest and FDA approval for a new plant apparently coming soon. Over the past year, demand has continued to be strong. Not that you won't neccessarily make money shorting it @16, but it won't be for the same reasons as when we made money a year + ago. Dale, who's also been around forever, otoh believes the company is doomed and will soon be in the garbage bin making a short @16 very profitable. Good luck, Neil.
