All... Horrible news here! I've mentioned my "funny" stuff on the OT screen. I sent e-mail to support and got a response today. They recommended I start over. I thought as much, but was worried about losing all the 40 some profiles that I've spent about 2 weeks developing. Not to worry, they say, and proceed to tell me how to protect them, then delete everything OT and start over. Did that. Lost all my profiles. Period. I can't restore them no matter what I tried. But, my OT looks right <G>! So, as I muse here, I'm in the process of rebuilding each profile. Thank God for multi-tasking. I'm out of the market right now, so if this had to happen I guess this was the time for it. I'll have it all back up to speed by the weekend. That'll give me time to find next week's winner.... won't it? Ken
