Anything in the black is either a late trade or a trade out of SEQUENCE. I'd be willing to bet those 28.5 trades are out of sequence. SEEK will not open below 31. Nigel I dont understand why you think this this trade is out of sequence. quote.com starting from 31 7/8 at 16:28:38 to 16:54:44 at 31 3/4 the "form t" trades were higher than the stock had traded all day prior to the close. There are two "late" trades so why would you think that the 16:55:16 at 28 1/2 form t trade HAS to be out of sequence???? After hours quotes dont mean anything...the 31 7/8 doesnt mean anything nor does the 28 1/2. You could be right...the stock could open at 31 or not...it doesnt mean that what you see on quote.com is wrong... Jeff Jordan: that link you gave me showed a time at 16:30...there were trades after that
