Parker, what quote service are you looking at in Ref. to a large block of stocks at 16:02 EST? The reason I ask is that fast.quote.com on all session's shows trades up till 16:28:06, with no trades at 16:02 but before and after in block's of a 100 to 1300, a block at 14 1/16 and a last trade of 500 at 16:28:06 at $12 11/16.
