Adam, I have the same problem, except that I placed a 9 13/16 limit order in when the market asked 9 1/2. I know because I was watching realtime, I also got a confirmation number, and watched the trading realtime and it too 3 minutes before the market got up to my limit order. I am not taking the bull and pushing them on this. I only wanted 500 shares, my gosh, I do 1500-3000 worth of trades a month and they are going to screw up my order over a 1000-1500 dollars. Well if they do then I for one will take my 20,000 - 36,000 commissions to another discount broker.

For all of you who are concerned about the negative comments from others, it was just the other day I was posting how great datek is, they are quickly changing my opinion. Funny thing is that when my account goes, so does about 15 of my friends accounts, which I have helped them setup. Boy do I have egg on my face. And yes I am a daytrader, with many friends.
