I don't know why you are knocking Roper but I would assume it is because you don't know much about them.

The deal looks very real, $50,000.00 U.S. is not turkey money.

Safe Environment has a website with news releases posted.
safeenv.com

They have a contract with Boeing and an association with Motorola.

They have just come out of R and D and this is the first of their sales.

I would assume shareholders who have held Roper for a long time are getting out, hence the volume on upsurge in price, but in my opinion the upside to this deal is definitely there.

I heard their contracts are already over $4 million and sales have just started.

Please due some due diligence before promoting other companies on this thread and knocking the company this thread is about. I'll even help you-

(From their website:)

Formed in 1993, Safe Environment Engineering began development and manufacture of an interactive
telemetry and communications system for the safety and security markets. Demand for equipment of this
type was strongly enhanced by the issuance of a new Federal compliance Regulation and the increasing
desire for wireless communications systems. In 1994, the Company started demonstrating a working
prototype that meets the significant industry need for an affordable and flexible telemetry system. The
finished and patented product, called Lifeúline,T through its "fail-safe" design and adherence to several
Federal Regulations, provides a safer and significantly more cost effective alternative solution for
monitoring the safety and security of workers in confined, hazardous and remote locations.

To maintain quality and conformity in its direction, the Company follows its Mission:

As a dealer and service center for Motorola and Kenwood, the Company also provides sales, service
and maintenance for sophisticated communications devices for military and commercial facilities.
