WTDEC, I don't recall their maximum % ownership, but I haven't noticed much selling by them of their option position. Since i didn't notice any countervailing short position in the common mentioned in this SEC filing, I have to assume an unhedged long position in the options, which would seem to be a strong vote of confidence in the company by an arbitrageur.
