Charlie, I looked over the prospectus and both of cymer's competitors have recently filed patent infringment cases or some are pending. Komatsu, in july 96, notifed the CO that one patent may be in conflict. Lambda-Physik has filed 2 patent infirigment cases in sept 96. Cymer had similiar problem in 1993. I could not find how that case was resolved. Currently, two separate law firm's are involved = $$$$. This could pose a significant risk should the litigation go against cymer. Do you, or anyone else, have any details ? Overall this looks like an excellent company, it has dominant market share in the sweet spot of an inevitable product upgrade. - D
