Riley,

The e-mail you posted answered many of the same questions I would have asked had I made the journey to corporate headquarters.

The answers which were provided by Roland were, for a change, reasonable and at least believeable. FWIW, the nicest, most trustworthy people I have ever met were professional "con-men". At least Roland's answers did not strain credibility.

When I first started working, I did not expect to retire after a week or two. However, when I first started investing, I expected to "get rich" after the first couple of trades. It seems that this is a common malady. I'd like to think I am a little smarter now.

If it were to take GM and RB six months to get things rolling again, then that is not beyond the range of reality. Anyone who expects things to "get shaking" within a matter of hours or days is downright stupid. To expect this to happen is only to fall for the nays' trap. They post hour after hour "why hasn't something happened" just to bait us.

I have no problem with giving this a reasonable time frame in which to unfold.

As they say "Rome wasn't built in a day" .

And for the benefit of the nay who can't wait to retort to that one, try this one...

"RMIL doesn't have to be built in four months". AD 4/23/98

Best regards to you, Riley
