Well, I couldn't stand the suspense, so called Ampex to find out if they in fact have filed their 10Q for Q3. THEY HAVE NOT! Michael must have confused it with Q2's 10Q. No wonder it sounded like more of the same! I couldn't get a specific date for when they would be making their filing, but the SEC does require it be filed within 45 days of the close of the quarter, so November 15th at the latest.
