I don't know if I can wait that long for the answer. I feel it is better to know right now what kind of company we are already into. I remember a long time back when I first recommended the shares to someone (not even buying myself, as I won't hold too much penny stuff at one time) the day before it jumped from 75 cents to 1.625 interday the next day! When I did my DD I made some calls and noted some interesting company articles at that time warning investors to basically not get into this stock, that the price had gotten way ahead of itself. It was a very interesting memo (Check and see if you can find it still on this thread or at their site). I don't ever recall a company taking a measure such as this in a startup phase. I was reluctant to purchase because of it, and I questioned whether it was a CYA response against a later potential law suit, or it was just outright kind of them to tell the public what it really thought, helping to control a potential frenzy (without a doubt I pick the CYA approach). This could truly be a complete front for a penny stock scam! Yes we have some reports that cetainly indicate a technology, and a production sample. But we have reports of little to no human resources (how did they make the two boards?), and a rather nasty CEO contact, and also, what I can't fathom, a CEO who puts onus of reporting/discussing issues on a company which they allegedly took over themselves? I cannot reconcile these facts and I grow impatient with each day ... I doubt I will wait until June for initial contact ... I doubt I will wait for MAY!!! But I will act in a proper fashion, with as much support as I can know of prior to doing so, simply so that I can state to him the support that we all have in terms of # of shares if possible.
I have 22,000 shares, and others have at least another 30,000 more, if not 50,000 more. I have at least 6 people into this one. They all are big boys and did their own DD and I feel no pressure from them. The reason I mention these people is merely to show the support of those in my current inner circle already (this is not a lot of money for any of these people including myself, but it is the principle here that we have not been informed , or even kindly informed that we won't be informed!). Add that to this thread, and it is a hard voice for Les not to listen to. Heck, someone with a 1% marketshare can move this stock, it is so lightly traded!!! The shares represented here and by those I know that are not here are significant, and the point will not be wasted in a phone call, or even with this and our other posts if ADOT is smart enough to follow this thread. Sorry for the long post Fred. I do feel time is of the essence for DD knowledge merely based upon the meeting Richard had recently.
