What about surgical supply manufacturers? You know, the ones who produce those gloves for special examinations...Must be a lot of that going on in all those new private prisons, not to mention border and airport searches.

Of course with all these proposed needle exchanges for junkies what about syringe makers? There must be tremendous growth opportunity in illegal drugs. What about companies who produce those ankle monitoring devices for non-dangerous drug offenders?
