You are somewhat correct but it is actually a temporary loss of eligibility which occurs during a change of ownership. For the most part, revenues are DELAYED - not LOST. 2. Drake does indeed have problems with GSL default rates (this is public information). 3. You are somewhat correct but you would have to look at a COMBINED balance sheet (with drake) to evaluate the situation. 4. Nothing sinister in the 8K. Drake is privately held and there are privacy issues that need to be respected until absolutely necessary.
