Thank you, Brian. It is consolidating the marketing forces for Powerscan to ride on Excalibur's coat tail. The effect is not going to help that much. But may limit their marketing saturation blitz ability. Same arangement with IBM before, did nothing much. The effeort is typical of bad management, relying on friends, instead of doing the hard work of doing cold calls and hitting the customers targeted, such as Fortune 500 or 1000. Only your own people forced by need to succeed, will do it for Powerscan alone. So, now they do it for Excalibur. On the other hand, Excalibur might buy Powerscan or vice versa. STRR may be on the acquistion trail.
