I believe Mike and I sold enough to cover our costs the other day when it went to 23.5. I am letting all of the profit money ride because I still think it will do well short term. Interest rate increase or not, with 1 billion in booked orders, DHI long term is solid. Don't see us selling before 30 unless we need money for something else. Cary
