SANTA MONICA, Calif., April 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Digitcom Corporation
(OTC Bulletin Board: DGIV) has retained the accounting and consulting firm BDO Tanubrata to act as its Indonesian financial advisor.

The firm will review contract and financial documentation in finalizing Digitcom's acquisition of PT. Primedia ArmoEkadata Internet and will advise Digitcom management in matters relating to other pending acquisition opportunities in Indonesia.

BDO is the world's seventh largest international accounting and consulting organization with a network of approximately 460 offices in over 80 international locations.

Richard Tanubrata of the firm's Jakarta office is working with Digitcom to conclude the Primedia ArmoEkadata acquisition by the agreed April 24 completion date.

Primedia ArmoEkadata is one of a handful of licensed Internet service providers in Indonesia.

BDO will also assist Digitcom in obtaining a listing on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.

Digitcom is a leader in Internet voice communications technology and is
deploying its Internet-based telephony products using the company's
"IntraVoice" gateway and voice compression technology. The company works with
regional and national telephone companies internationally to establish
international long distance networks.
