Pete, Yes I have a big problem with fire when it concerns a process based originally on the Shurtleff method. I understand 2 individuals perished in Texas when a Shurtleff machine caught on fire. I also want to know more about the redundancy of critical systems (pumps, sensors,... etc). The problem is that when I call POR and spoke to the CFO(?), he had no idea of how to answer my questions and denied their had been a fire. However, I have a source up close to the Canadian border who claims there had been a fire back in Dec-Jan, extent unknown. I've been trying to verify and confirm from a second source whether this happened. Is there a problem with my doing this?? I can't seem to get a phone # to anyone in Kingston working at the physical processor plant in order to ask the "techies". Company management seemed uninformed as to the specifics of how the processor works. Regards, Ron
