Donald, as you know pretty much anybody can do wonder with a small float. But obviously the GPW promoters are not the most powerful promoters to have walked on Howe Street, just look at the absence of liquidity. If they have the majority of their shareholders convinced that GPW is God's answer to the Y2000 problem then they can maintain the price. But I agree with you that it looks pretty difficult to get out of 20,000 shares. I think that these guys will promote the next few news releases (we are told here they are coming) and then the $0.50 holders will start feeling like blowing out a bit of stock. Then they won't be able to handle the float anymore and guess what this is when $$ will be made by people other than the promoters and the inside group, on the short side. In the short-term there could be a trading opportunity on the long side.
