MTS, This is what is going to test management and take a while to achieve results. The company's products only work as well as their tech support or that provided by companies like C&L. The problem is that both SSA and outside contractors supporting SSA products haven't been doing a good job. I think the company's strategy is sound but management has to sell it to these subs. Stuek and some of the new managers seem aware of these problems and appear to be sensitive. The current lull in the price of the stock reflects these difficulties you have mentioned. They are not problems that can be solved overnight or in one swoop. Karl
