Craig... I don't know what happened, but I followed the instructions to the letter. Unfortunately, I didn't have these new profiles backed up to my tape yet. Maybe it was all predestined. I'm about 1/3 way there in rebuilding the profiles, so I'll have them all done by tonight. Now, I'm getting concerned about what I'll do when I get 3.5 next week. Somehow, I'm gonna get these profiles saved off to a safe place on my drive, just in case. I believe the best way to go with these upgrades is a fresh, clean install. So that will mean uninstalling everything I have now. Any ideas? Ken
