If you hold the warrants there is a greater paper loss. But there is another strategy when we are in a range. You can try selling high and buying back lower. I had sold 800 IFLYW and bought 900 IFLYW at 1 5/8 with the proceeds and had cash left over. When IFLYW climbs to 2 or above, I consider selling. Then when IFLYW bottoms I accumulate. The risks are that IFLYW climbs more after we sell or that we can't buy back in.
I've been able to get at least 2 or better on my sells. I'm even sold some over 3.
