LU cannot match the ASND option plan because of its corporate structure (large staff)>> I'm not so certain about your above statement. Typically, there are provisions in the options which will discourage a mass exodus in the case of a buy-out. I'm not certain about this in ASND's case. Maybe someone else has first hand knowledge of the options plan. In either case, as I have stated in the past, IMHO I don't think it makes any sense to buy ASND based JUST on the possibility of a buyout. regards, greg
