One other benefit to remember is that the controlling security is IFLY and not IFLYW. Therefore, any swing movements on IFLYW resulting from short term investors (or traders) taking profits would have less impact on IFLY than if those same investors were directly swinging IFLY. So it is probably wise to do what Lawrence is doing with IFLYW. Buy low and sell high, and wait for IFLY to pick up after you.
